ES Events - How to add 'Share Files' to the 'Share What's New' box....

Hi. On my main EasySocial Community stream, if I go to the 'Share what's new' box, there's an awesome ADD FILE option.

When I go to the same 'Share what's new' box on an event stream, I don't see that option.

How do I get that on the Events detail page? I've been looking for a nice visible way to add files and that would work GREAT for me. (My other options are to use FILES as a custom event field but that's not good because the default view is timeline and not details where custom fields show... and I also tried the File Sharing capability of events but again that tucks them away into the left column and I'd prefer to get everyone using that 'Share what's new' box.
Hello Andy,

The "File sharing" button on the share box is only applicable for the dashboard and not other views (We're running some tests on this to see if it's practical to really place it there)

Yes I've got that set to YES and it's working in the main stream areas... just not in the Events stream so I think it might be an oversight there...

I hope the tests succeed. It would solve all my problems with adding attachments to events to have it available on the event detail 'activity streams'
