Hi,

All of my ES elements have completely stopped rendering on my pages. Any idea what may have caused this?

Thanks
The issue appears to be isolated to Europe. None of my North American users have this issue but the European ones do. It is also only happening on my site which is using amazon CDN and S3.

Hi Fidel,

To be honestly, we do not surely knew yet the caused of this issue is come from the amazon CDN as we also cannot replicate this in our country. https://www.screencast.com/t/cP9hw1KuaXyk
Perhaps can you try these 2 option so verify the caused of the issue:
[Option 1: Check the errors]
1. Temporarily enable 'error reporting maximum' and 'gzip page compression-no' https://www.screencast.com/t/q3HIyd24od
2. Access the page and open the console (ctrl+shift+i) or right click>inspect (refresh the page) see is there any error was found (screenshots to us so we can trace the issue) https://www.screencast.com/t/pGexdhQOHSA

[Option 2: Temporary disable CDN]
1. Can you try temporarily disable the cdn and purge all cache
2. Try to access the page, is it render the page correctly now?

p/s: revert back the settings as you've done those.
Your cooperation much appreciated

It corrected itself after about 7 or 8 hours but I will try your suggestions the next time it happens. Thanks so much.

Is this a known issue when using amazon cdn and s3 services?
