Hi guys,

how many have tried and using ES,EB,Kommento,.. with php 8?

I got this errors with latest versions and pls let me know if you have any issus with php 8 too?

I would suggest you that temporarily switch your PHP version to PHP 7.x, because Easyblog and Komento extension haven't compatible with PHP 8 yet.

The Easysocial error is actually coming from the Easyblog blog app.

With php 8 & JIT support you can have your own cache server too https://www.google.com/search?q=php+8+JIT in future:o hope Joomla and its extensions can really benefit for this and could be a good marketing opportunity against WP tribe to be in the lead of CMSs.

I tested php 8 and Joomla is like a rocket, very fast so pls make priority to test php 8 compability bcs its a pity to have one app that stop you from using php 8.

Sure we will update our extension to support PHP 8 but you also need to give us time to update and run testing for all the features and make sure that everything is working correctly for PHP 5, PHP 7.x, and PHP 8.

Sure, I think you should switch back to PHP7.x first for now, because I noticed those error messages appear on your site right now.

So its just Kommento left bcs EasyBlog works well now and is very fast.
