The problem isn't with viewing access for pages.

If you create a brand new public page you'll see that the module will not render.

The module still isn't showing on the forums page when I'm logged in.

I have created a test page for you also and in both screens you can see that the module isn't rendering.

As mentioned earlier, it shows on all of my old pages which were created before this bug occurred.

Sorry for the confusion above. It seems that you haven't set it to be displayed on your page respectively as you can see here http://prntscr.com/cvar6h. You have to set it to be shown first at Backend>Extension>Module>EasySocial Toolbar and go to "Menu Assignment" and tick on which menus you want to show the "EasySocial Toolbar". Please give it a try and see how it goes.

I am aware that it needs to be selected and I have it configured to show on all pages.

I am on the pages and it is not showing.

Are you telling me that you are on all of those links which I shared and you can see all of the black icons in the top right header which load drop downs for notifications, messages, friend requests and the gear for settings? I am on a new machine without any cache and it is not showing. I have checked the module and it is still set to show on all pages.

I am really confused as to the issue and I am not sure how else to communicate this.

You still can's see the module EasySocial Toolbar is because you have set the module to be "seen/Access" by registere user only as you can see here http://prntscr.com/cvb6e1. That why you as "Super User/other" groups cannot see the toolbar. Please advice.

If yes, actually that is Easysocial toolbar module instead of dropdown module, but based on your last reply, you did mentioned that is not Easysocial toolbar, so I am really confused as you mentioned that in your last reply.

If you would like display this Easysocial dropdown module, it seems like the dropdown module display correctly as you mentioned those following new pages which not show that dropdown module.
