Take a look at this and with Nik's updated file, the module position only appears once after the first entry instead of appearing between all stream entries. If you take a look at the file you can even define after how many stream entries the module should appear, like after 2nd or 3rd entry.

This hack will no longer works on ES 2.1. However, please try to replace the attached files with:
../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/stream/default/default.php
../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/stream/default/item.php
