ES Custom Install

Hello,

Just wondering if its currently possible to custom install the EasySocial? For example, if I would like not to have full featured social site but only would like to have Multimedia / Photo Albums & Groups with user interactions (like comments, likes, social share) on albums and photos only, no dashboard or streams but under individual groups or albums?

Or is there any other Joomla component or extension, that you may be aware of, that could do the job?

I think, we have a cool idea here, potentially a new version or extension!!!

Hey Imran,

Unfortunately right now this is not possible. The core of EasySocial is the streams and profile and without this, it's pretty pointless

Yes, I think, there is pretty much already there. Sorry, I meant to ask if it's possible to install the ES targeting particular business niche or layouts? As mentioned above in my earlier post, if we only intend to have social interaction for example on a Video or Photo Gallery site based on ES we wouldn't like to have 'Dashboard'. In that case, we would like to have streams only within each Album and Groups.

BTW, I would like to renew my subscription of ES. I have the 35% off renewal code, just wondering about the upcoming features? I think, the roadmap has not been updated recently.

In addition to the above:

For example, please check the website I would like to have country or city based photo and video albums with social interaction.

For some albums I would like the visitors to have social interaction as usual (comments, likes, social share only) whereas for other category of albums or the albums created by users the ability for anyone to post streams (that is to add photos & videos) with social interaction as usual. All this without central 'Dashboard'.
