How many stream items are there on the site? Anyway it's actually perfectly fine to have that amount of SQL queries because we are talking about lots of different variation of stream items. In fact, if you ask me, (Based on my experience, having more queries doesn't mean that it is slow) . People need to change this perception because we are dealing with a very complex system here (the stream alone has so many variations
