Hi there,

As the title suggests, I am not able to use the ES comment system in EB even though i set it.

Thanks in advance!
Hello David,

I believe so, because right now the only error I hit is from admin tools. Maybe you should try it?

Hello David,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Can you please provide us with the FTP access to the site?

I have applied some fixes to the styling and it works fine now. However, I seem to hit this error message when posting a comment. Perhaps admin tools is blocking such AJAX requests?

Hi Mark,

I am not sure what does mean and why would that happen? I did not apply such a thing. Does that mean I won't be able to use the comments until I manage to somehow sort this?

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the suggestion. I disabled admintools and the comments load fine. The problem now is that it won't show up on my stream even though it is set to

Hello David,

Currently, it doesn't actually generate a stream item when you post a comment

Hi Mark,

I am a bit confused as when you go to EasyBlog Settings / Integration / EasySocial, you can see that you can control the stream posts including new comments. Can you please clarify?

Hello David,

The settings should be removed as we do not support this right now

Hello David,

We don't have an ETA for this yet but I'll probably work on it while I work on EasyBlog 4.0
