Hi,

This has been asked before and we've tried clearing cache etc. but did not help.

ES backend dashboard looks strange. At first when we upgraded to ES1.4.4 the backend looked ok. But then we made changes to a few setting and the backend changed to the one in attachment. How can we fix this.

Thanks.
Hi Juz,

Regarding your issue, I checked your EasySocial backend and it seems like the css file is getting from our pagespeed cache? Have you tried clear your pagespeed cache?

Please advise.

Hi,

Tried clearing mod_pagespeed cache. Still no luck. Did not encounter this issue in the past and have seen several other posts on similar issue. Not sure what's causing it.

Thx.

Hi Juz,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

I noticed that your easysocial backend DOM structure is different than it should be. Take a look at my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/lBOlOTad . I also notice that your current DOM structure is almost the same as older version of easysocial 1.3.30 as you can see from screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/hsensSAfB .

Perhaps there are some sort of cache mechanism on your site or server that still caching old styling thus causing some display issue there. Perhaps you can consult with your webhosting provider and ask if there any cache mechanism installed on your server side?
