ES - After updating to 2.0.6 can't edit/delete anymore a new post

Hi all,
after updating to 2.0.6 , looks like I can't edit/delete anymore any new post.

Any suggestion?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

That option already replaced to this "Allow delete single stream item" setting, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

When you enabled this setting, the system will determine all the member should have only delete their own stream permission and Superadmin will have always right to delete any stream on the site.

Can you try again, I already help you enabled this option for your existing both profile type, it should display that delete option for the user now.

Regarding your issue, I cant seem to be able to replicate the issue on your site. I've submit a story post and I am able to edit my own story post. Am i missing something here?

Or maybe you can tell us how we can replicate the issue?

Please advise.

Hi Sam and thank you so much for your support.
You have been able to edit your new comment because the user you have used to login is a superuser.
Try to log in as a normal user and you will see the problem.
See my dashboard note for the credential for logging as a normal user.

FYI

  • The "delete" option is not present anymore on the right-post dropdown menu.
  • ACL for the profile type are set to "enable edit own comments" and "enable delete own comments".

FYI - Both Profile Types (we have 2) are actually no more able to edit/delete their own NEW comments.
