It looks like you or one of us may have used your (sftp) root account to modify some files when debugging and this probably caused the installer to fail because it doesn't have permissions to overwrite changes to the file due to permission issues.
I have fixed this for you by renaming all the folders under /administrator/components/com_easysocial/ and added a prefix of 1 in front of the folder name so that it can re-copy the files and folders over.
