ES 1.4.3 Install, stalls at 0%

Hi SI Team

I was advised to upgrade to ES 1.4
As I was running into template issues.
I tried the standard upgrade from the ES Component in the Joomla back end.
This failed.

I was advised to go to the dashboard on the SI site and download there.
Which I did.
This failed.

What ever is going on the installation is stalling at Step 4
Downloading Installation Files...
at 0%
It has been stuck at 0% for 15 minutes now!

Please advise

Hi Paul,

It might be due to the cache on your site since everyone else here are facing the same process when they first upgrade their easysocial from version 1.3 to 1.4. Nevertheless glad to hear that your issue has been resolved now.

Hey Paul,

I have just upgraded your site to 1.4.3 without any issues. Not really sure why you are hitting issues with the installation though. It's working fine now
