I'll start by saying congratulations to the stacked team for creating another major release of the coolest Joomla extension of all times (I've been checking the JED almost daily since I was 15 years old). Aside from the obvious inclusions of events/announcements I love the new locations method as well as the about section being listed under the apps. I could talk on and on about the improvements to the software, but this thread is dedicated to showing our appreciation for the work done to accomplish this.

This release had been worked on for many months along side the progression of EasyBlog5. Also a thanks to the folks who put a lot of testing/reporting into the beta stages/early releases. When people ask about what's better "Joomla or WordPress" with ES standing behind the main community software I can safely say Joomla. You guys made Joomla history, while there might only be a handful of enthusiast fans now, the world tomorrow will be in deep appreciation for the dedication you have put into EasySocial.
