Errors with the search

In the search box, if I search "Emilio" I got to strange things:
1.- My profile appears more than one time
2.- Appear one video that I uploaded from youtube, but if I click to see I got this page error:

1.- My profile appears more than one time
-> The search have a duplicates images is because your profile consist multiples same images http://www.hongkongframed.com/index.php/community/fotos/61-emilio-n , and it is not an issue, you can remove the duplicate image that has been uploaded and after that you've reindex back by:
[to reindex]
1. Click Smart Search http://screencast.com/t/jVTGljNe
2. Clear index and re-index back http://screencast.com/t/PNkgFHmU

2.- Appear one video that I uploaded from youtube, but if I click to see I got this page error:
-> This is related with your 1st question, for some reason the url was incorrect. After I've re-index it back the link is working correctly now.

Something strange too with my profile pictures uploaded a lot of times too.
I deleted, re index, and now everything is ok.
