Errors, when switsing profile

Hello, i have more than 5 profiletypes, when changing profile type, it tells me Profile switching failed! how come?
Can you provide us with your following details so we can better have a check?

1. Joomla backend access
2. FTP access
3. How to replicate this issue
4. What error message you hitting
