I have recently upgraded to 5.2.4 I have attempted to do so via the express launcher and the full launcher but once apparently installed without error.
I have noticed the following;
(i) The categories are not listed in the right pane to select.
(ii) Drag and drop elements into the post don't go in.
(iii) No capability to create a post

I have several sites where this has not been an issue having successful installations on 3 similar sites.
May i know which forum post are you referring to?

(i) The categories are not listed in the right pane to select.

May i know which part you referring? It would be best if you can provide us some of the screenshot so we can better understand.

And It seems like i was unable to access your site backend, this is what i getting now : http://take.ms/lKgzB

By the way, it seems like you request another domain site for support, you can assign your domain to your license to obtain for support by accessing your license area at http://stackideas.com/dashboard

You can edit your first post and put your security code into that optional information area, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

I have just posted an uncategorised Post using a different composer, I managed that but it still didn't show the category choice. I have switched back to built in composer no change.

I am really sorry for the delayed of this response,

It seems like one of plugins/extension jQuery version conflict with Easyblog, I already help you enabled this "Render EasyBlog's Own jQuery library" setting from backend > Easyblog > setting > general > system , it should able to render those categories on composer page now, can you give it a check?

Thank you for your assistance. I wasn't aware I had done anything to cause this error. Hopefully if I upgrade to the next easyblog version the problem will not repeat itself.
Thanks again.

Hey Steve,

The issue is most likely because your plugin is trying to compress scripts on the site and it messes up with the entire ordering which leads to some script errors which Arlex pointed out earlier. The best way to fix issues like this is to enable the option "Render EasyBlog's Own jQuery Library" as this would ensure such conflicts would never occur again.
