Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tried to login in your Joomla backend, but it seems like it required to enter the verification password, can you help?

By the way, I unable to connect with your FTP server.

It seems like this ` RSFirewall!`extension causing the issue, I already help you disable this "Convert email addresses from plain text to images" , it should work fine now.

Regarding with your second issue, actually that was known issue, I've help you applied temporary fix in this override this language constant in your joomla, it should work fine now also.

Wouw, I am deeply impressed by the service you provided. Its weekend and still you helped me out, even it wasn't in fact a EasyDiscussion error. I was clearly looking in the wrong direction as I was working on the translation of some parts of the fronted. I thougt at first that perhaps I created this error in the GB or NL language file. Clear that I did not find the solution there. First thing I did was making a new backup that I will keep save. Many thanks for all this, youre service is excellent and unique!

Regards
Fred

You are most welcome. Glad to hear that your issue has been resolved now.

If you don't mind and if it doesn't take too much of your time, is it possible for you to post up a review or give us some rating for Easydiscuss at Joomla! Extensions Directory http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/communication/question-a-answers/easydiscuss . This will really help motivate the team and will allow us to further improve our service as we move along.

As a gentle reminder, kindly start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiry. I will lock and mark this thread as resolved.
