Errors in modules

Hi - Errors have started appearing in Stackideas modules on my site. Occurs sporadically on some pages but not others, have seen it on Firefox, Chrome and IE. See attachment for example.

Could you direct me to the page with the issue, I was unable to find them in your pages, please advice? Also please provide us with the Joomla back end access as well as the FTP access so that I can check on the issues on your site? We actually need these information so that we can debug on your issues quickly.
