i need help
i having an error in every notification i receive. below is a picture of the kind of error that appears in every notification received

Please provide us your site's access and FTP access so that we can investigate this for you.

Also, in the future, do provide us access if you are creating a post so that we can investigate directly rather than wasting time asking for access.
