Whe I login, I get this error in easydiscuss:

Error

You are not authorised to view this resource.

How do I resolve it.
Hey Pawan,

I suspect that was misconfiguration with your ACL settings, can you provide us following information so we can check on this?

#1. Joomla backend access
#2. FTP access
#3. Which user trying to login (provide us with that username)

Hi Pawan,

I am sorry for the late reply as now is a weekend for us here

I am sorry for the confusion. You actually need to check your Joomla ACL for EasyDiscuss. Login to your Joomla backend with super admin and go to global configuration and under 'component' section, select EasyDiscuss and you should be able to configure the ACL for your Joomla user groups.

Hope this help and have a nice day!

Hi,

All ACLs in Joomla back end are set at Inherited. Pl. see the image. Can you make it more clear to me?

Hey Pawan,

We can only check this issue once the site is online. If the site is offline, I am afraid we might not be able to assist you here.
