Error with Charm template Joomla 4

Every site of mine, since Joomla 4 upgrade, I cannot access the Charm template.
I click the greeen TEMPLATE OPTIONS button but then I'm getting the following message:

InvalidArgumentException: Please specify a valid response format, other than that of HTML, such as json, raw, debug, etc.

It seems like you've not enabled the HelixUltimate plugin on your site. I've enabled it at http://masqueradingpets.com and it is working fine now. Please check and do the same for the other site as well.
