By right, you should be able to update it through the backend Payplans dashboard if you update Payplans from your licensed domain.

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, this is for the website that is under the licensed domain. I don't want to provide the backend / FTP access to it at the moment. Can you guide me how I can resolve this myself? Since the page refreshed after the error I could not catch the error on the chrome inspect element. If I download the installer from Payplan dashboard, isn't that too much for a minor update or will it work the same way as clicking the update button?

Should any additional permission be enabled in order for update now button to work?

Yes, it is the same way to update Payplans on the site when you use the installer.

Ensure that you do not have modify any file in the Payplans because it will override your modification file to the original code.

And remember to do the backup first before performing any update.
