Error while saving a new blog

When I create a new blog from frontend side and try to save it then an error appears on top "JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data".
Please see the image. Please note that JSON is enabled on my server.

I noticed that when I open save an existing blog, edit it and try to save then it works. There is no problem.
Great. mb-string was already installed. I just changed its settings. It works now.

Hey Asif A.K,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

It okay I've access in your Joomla backend but it seems like you provided that user account do not have Superadmin privileges so I can't check from your backend Easyblog configuration setting, plugins manager, and global configuration, that was very hard for us to troubleshoot this issue.

Because I suspect that might some of the plugins causing the issue so I would like to enable error reporting to Maximum and see what error show out after publish a post.

I know what is the issue already, when I submit a post I hitting this following error :

<b>Fatal error</b>:  Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in <b>/home/csw2/public_html/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/blocks/handlers/abstract.php</b> on line <b>150</b><br />


It seems like your server didn't install this install php-mbstring then causing this issue, can you request with your Webhosting provider to help you with this and keep us updated then if still not working?
