Error ! while processing task : download
when I upgrade from 3.6.0 to 3.6.3

After upgrade (and error) PayPlans disappears from the Component Menu
Hi there,

Maybe you can try to download your Payplan installer on your dashboard --> https://stackideas.com/dashboard and try to re-install them again.

Please give it a try and see how it goes

I have a same error but I don't have subscription with StackIdeas, I'm customer of ReadyBytes.net and I'm not planning to buy a StackIdeas subscription for this product.

How do I restore to PayPlans version 3.5.5?

I have lost the extension and this is damaging my website (my business)

Thanks for your support

The oldest version that was provided to us was 3.5.5. We could send it over to you but we need to verify that you have a valid order from ReadyBytes previously. We need the subscription ID and your e-mail address in order for us to be able to validate the previous order.

You can start a new ticket and make the ticket private. This way, the ticket is only visible by you and our team

Hi JH,

I tried to install them on your site and it seems that you havent met it requirement as you can see here http://take.ms/Mv5Ri

It would be best if you can upgrade your Joomla and PHP version so that we can further this for you. Please advice.

P/S: In the future, it would be best if you can create a new ticket instead as it is easier for us to manage them. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there,

If that so, maybe you can head to your dashboard here https://stackideas.com/dashboard and follow steps prompted on your payplan sections. You need to download for v3.5.5 first then try to update them to 3.6.3.

If problem still persisted, it would be best if you can provide us with that site for further check on this issues. Please advice.

Already I've downloaded and installed v3.5.5, but the problem still remains.
I can't send the website because is too large (over 3gb).

Please take a look on the error log attached here.

There are showing username "test" and password "test", this is a default user name and password or?
Maybe this cause the problem.

Please have a look on the attached pic.
What is username "test" and password "test", this some kind of default logins?
Maybe this is a part of the problem?

The PayPlans installer still showing that the current version of PayPlans is 3.1.4, but I've installed PayPlans 3.5.5
Please see the attached pictures.

Seems that something is not OK with the PayPlans installer component.

JH

Hello,

It's showing as per the data shown in ppinstaller table. Payplans is not installed using installer that's why older version shown.
As on your local issue is coming , to check we need admin details.
For now find attached kit of Payplans 3.6.3 version and install it.

If you upgrade payplans on your live and found issue then please update us with site details.
