We are on line since yesterday, 40+ users are registered yet ... but the one who tried from an iPad or iPhone or Safari did not.
I did not receive the notification email nor new row in the users table.

I could not reproduce the issue. When I register on your site from my iphone and Safari browser, I did receive the email(http://take.ms/2GgWi).

The problem is a reality for all our members using an iPad.
Even if they used a laptop on Window to register, when they go back to their iPad, they can not connect, using Safari nor Chrome ?

I understand that you can not reproduce it but this problem impacts many iPad users.

How can we handle this?

Since we are unable to replicate this, perhaps you can record a video of the registration process from ipad so we can see where is the user hitting the issue?

Yes it happens from the iPhone too.

Maybe a side-effect of the use of French langage?

Sure, let us know when you have the video available. It would be best if you can provide us 2 videos(issue during registering, issue during signing in).
