Hello,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello,

I've tried to replicate the issue on your site and seems like it is working fine. I was able to post a comment: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-11-07_1048.png . Did I missed anything? Please advise.

Hello,

I was able to replicate the issue and yes, I also got the popup error. Then I've changed the template to the default joomla template because I suspect the issue is came from the template. Once I use the Beez5 Template, there is no more error. I conclude that the error is came from the template you are using. However, when I changed back to your template, there is no more error. Can you please check?

Hello,

You can try use other template (like joomla default template) for some time and observe if the issue is still there. I gave you Joomla template as an example is because we are using default template while building our component.

So, what is your suggestion?
It's impossible to use default templates on all joomla sites
My mind, that may be issue with JCH Optimize or may be with JOTCache, but I don't know how to check this...

Hello,

My suggestion is you may want to consult the template developer about this.

Hello,

If the error is from Komento, doesn't mean it is exactly Komento issue. This is because, if you are using other template (Joomla default template), Komento has no issue out of the box. There are a possibilities that they can check on this. Have you consult with the developer? By the way, I've tested to reply to a comment here: http://besplatnyeprogrammy.net/multimedia/proigryvateli/aimp without a problem.

You did mentioned about the JCH Optimize. If the issue happen, you can try to disable the JCH plugin, clear cache and see how it goes.
