error when user enters wrong password

Hi

I have noticed a silly error. When a user tries to log in iwith wrong credentials the page reloads with no error message. But when user then uses the correct credentials the error shows after login. It seems like the message should really show before login so the user realizes what is happening. see attached screenshot and url.

I have disabled the System - Cache plugin in your site and I don't hit this issue anymore,

I am really sorry because I can't replicate this issue in my local.

Can you provide us with joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on this issue directly?
