Error when uploading profile cover

Hi!

When I try to upload a cover image, I have the following error:

"SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data"

My site is running EasySocial 1.4.1 Stable on Joomla! 3.4.4

Any help will be very appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to us quickly, I can reproduce this issue in your site, but it work in our test site.

I suspect that image you provided that image resolution is higher, so it required more memory in your server.

Can you request with your Webhosting provider to increase these following php value to higher and see how it goes?
max_execution_time - 300

max_input_time - 300

memory_limit - 512M

I've tested upload photo cover in your site, but it seems work fine, am i missing something here? Please advise.

After you reply I decided to give another try and my first one failed with a new error message: "SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input"

Then, I did resize the image and worked fine. I'm still trying to understand why that happened, since the image has only 3.6MB and my upload_max_filesize is 128MB.

Any idea?
