Hi: I'm getting this error when updating.

"Error updating component when using the API from Joomla. Please try again."

Based on reading other posts, I see that you mentioned you fixed the issue on your end, but it is still happening.

May i know how exactly you updating your Easyblog? Or maybe you can try to manually download those installer at https://stackideas.com/dashboard and see how it goes.

if problem still persisted, it would be best if you can provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue. Please advice.
