I am submitting a separate ticket from my earlier request.

When you unsubscribe to an EasyBlog category with the following procedure:
1. Log in to michigandsa.org
2. Navigate to michigandsa.org/member-communications
3. Subscribe to a category Using the "Subscribe to category" link
4. Unsubscirbe using the "Unsubscribe to this category" link
5. An error is received: "Sorry, but the system is unable to load the subscription", and the user is not unsubscribed from the category.

Please assist.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. I have applied some fixes for you on the site and the subscription / unsubscription works fine now Can you give this a try again?

I just tested it after clearing my browser's cache, and it works now!

Since we have several customers that use your EasyBlog, and they may experience the same issue, could you please explain what was done to resolve the issue?

There's actually quite a number of files involved in this process but I will just list down the files which I modified below:

administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/formatter/types/categories.php
administrator/components/com_easyblog/models/subscription.php
components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/categories/default.php
components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/categories/item.js
components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/categories/item.php
components/com_easyblog/views/categories/view.html.php

We will also fix this in the next release of EasyBlog

Assuming same issue when I try and unsubscribe on blog I get error pop box message as shown. When try to unsubscribe via email I get invalid token
