Hello,

I have been trying to update my PayPlans version from 4.2.15 to 5.0.2. But, when trying to update it I am met with an error: Update path does not exist. Error updating component when using the API from Joomla. Please try again.

Any insight on how to fix this error and get PayPlans updated would be much appreciated.

Hey there,

Sorry for the confusion from the error message.

Upgrading to PayPlans 5 is a major upgrade and it requires you to download the installer from your dashboard and install it just like how you installed PayPlans initially.

Rest assured that your data will remain intact.
