Error when trying to change user of a discussion in the backend

When I open a discussion and try to change the user when I save I get this error message.

Hello Kevin,

Yes, it will be included in the next release. The issue is the easydiscuss plugin is outdated. I've updated it for you.

Hello Kevin,

I've tried to access your FTP but I got this: Login authentication failed. As for the backend, the page won't load. It keeps loading.

Try it now, I updated the password and made it the same for both the ftp and the user. Tested both and they worked...

Hello Kevin,

I've added a fix to your FTP but I can't test it whether it is working or not because your site is very slow to load. Can you please check if its fixed?

Thanks Nik, yes that did the trick. Is this something that I need to make note of where a future update could overwrite it? Still I am curious what you did?

Sorry for the slow site issues you experienced. I dont get it, the site loads fine for me and the server logs are not telling me anything to help answer why it is slow for you.

Hello Kevin,

Nik isn't actually available right now but I will reconfirm with him about this tomorrow and if it should be included into the next release. From the looks of it, we do need to include these fixes in the codes internally
