Do you mean when the user update their user profile from http://take.ms/im7BV so it show you this error 'Passwords to match'?

If yes, it seems like I was unable to replicate this issue in my locally, can you give it a try and see whether those password field is it auto fill in the default password before you press save?

Because if you save your password into browser, it will always auto fill in those password field if you got enable browser autofill feature.

if the issue still persists, can you update your site backend and FTP access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

It is Browser issue ( in my case Chrome ). In Firefox all is good. Thank you for your reply.
