Error when Authenticating New Blogging App

Hey guys,

While authenticating a new blogging application for one of our sites, I ran into the error you'll find in a screenshot in the attachments.

This error appears to be occurring due to changes implemented just yesterday, April 24th. They outline what these changes are in this dev blog post: https://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/2018/04/24/new-facebook-platform-product-changes-policy-updates/

In particular it appears to be the publish_actions permission that has been deprecated and is no longer available.

Do you have or are you working on a fix for this particular issue?

Thanks for your info, it seems like that PAGE API also updated, after that have to submit this `manage_page` user permission for review from the app.

If you using Easyblog latest version, can you try download my attached file and replace into this -> JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/oauth/adapters/facebook/client.php and see how it goes?

By the way, since Facebook has been deprecated this `publish_actions` user permission, for those site blogger unable to autopost to their Facebook user profile page automatically now.

Thanks for this. We haven't updated this particular client to the new version of Easyblog yet due to another conflict, but once we have I'll test this and let you know of the results.

You're most welcome, if your site haven't update to latest version of Easyblog, you have to open this file JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/oauth/adapters/facebook/client.php and find for this code as what i attached screenshot at below.

Then remove this 'publish_actions', from the code.
