hey Andrew,

it seems like one of the columns is missing, can you provide us with your Joomla backend, FTP and PHPmyadmin access so we can help you check on this?

hey Andrew,

I am sorry that ask you for your joomla backend and setup my IP address again, because I just reached home, so my current IP address already changed.

Seems like you provided with your Joomla backend access is not working :

Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

And this is my current dynamic IP address -> 175.145.128.231

Hey Andrew,

I already help you added this column in your database :
alter table `atr01_easyblog_post` add `send_notification_emails` tinyint(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '1';

It should work fine now when you submit a new blog post.

By the way, It seems like you using very older version of Easyblog 5.0.9, I would like to suggest you update to latest version because we already solved a lot of bugs from older version until current latest version.

To update process, you have to download the latest launcher installer from your dashboard -> http://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through in your Joomla installer. Hope this help.

Hi Arlex.. thank you for fixing the database table I have seen that you did post a test blog.

Interesting about the EasyBlog version as it was one of your colleagues that installed that a couple of weeks ago and that must have been the revision they chose to install.. however I will update to the latest version. Thank you for the advice and assistance. Andrew

Hi Arlex... sorry to bother you again but I have a basic question on placing a blog post.. and that is.. how do I actually save the post to a draft status. I ask as I cannot see any way of saving in the pop-up editor ? I only seem to have an option to close the editor window but that is not saving the post.

Thanks in advance
Andrew

Hey Andrew,

The button seems to appear fine for me as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/nhTq6axG . Can you try to clear your browser's cache?

Thanks Mark... that did the trick... I now have the buttons.. would not have thought a cache clean would have solved such a issue.
