Hi,

When I trying to approve a pending article with an administrator account, I got the following message.

Fatal error: Class 'JCommentsFactory' not found in /usr/local/appeon/apache/htdocs/community2.appeon.com/components/com_jcomments/helpers/content.php on line 142

Not sure if it is related. But I got error when upgrading EasyArticle from 1.0.4 to 1.1.1.

Best regards,
Song
Hi Song,

Can you reupload the launcher in the stackidaes dashboard and re-install it back?

May i know are you still using Jcomment extension on your site? Because it seems like when you approve the article post, system will trigger those 3rd party content plugin but system detected you no longer have this JCommentsFactory class php file on your site.

If you didn't use it, perhaps you can try temporary disable this Jcomment plugin and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, can you update your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
