Error when adding "EasySocial Profile Types" App

Hi!

When I try to add a new "EasySocial Profile Types" App in PayPlans a got an error massage - "An error has occurred.
0 Call to a member function html() on null"

Please, help!
Hey Victor,

We already addressed this issue internally and will include this fix in the coming release. For now to fix this issue, find attached file and replace it with the below-mentioned file path.
root\administrator\components\com_payplans\includes\themes\helpers\form.php

After replacing the file, please take a look at this issue again and update us if the still issue persists.
