Hello,

I've just migrate my site to Easy Social 1.4.1, and i'm trying the video support.
When I try to add a new video (upload or link) I get a white page, with this error in my error.log :
"PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/sites/xxx/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/video/adapters/everyone.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /home/sites/xxx/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/video/video.php on line 1367, referer: http://www.xxx.fr/index.php/quoi-de-neuf/videos/form"
In this directory (../video/adapters) I have only this files :
"abstract.php event.php group.php user.php".

I have this error even if i change the privacy before submitting the form.

Edit : I've just download the full package : this file (everyone.php) isn't inside.
Hey Christophe,

That was strange, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

But I have download the full package (com_easysocial_full_pro_1.4.1_joomla3.0) and made a search inside : there is no everyone.php file (path setup\packages\com_easysocial_1.4.1_component_pro\admin.zip\includes\video\adapters). Is it normal ?

Hi Christophe,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. We do not have this file in our local instance as well. However for some reason your easysocial is calling everyone.php file and we need to find out why it is calling that file on your site. If you can provide us with your site access and FTP access we can try to identify the issue here.

Please advise.

Hey Christophe,

You can actually include the access under the reply form below. Click on the "Site Details" tab and you'll see these information

Hi Christophe,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. Hm, without FTP access is quite hard to figure out what went wrong during the upload process on your site. Can I have the permission to install File Manager Extension on your joomla site so I will be able to access your joomla root folder and files? You can also try to contact your webhosting service provider and ask them to set up FTP account for you.

Please advise.

Hello,

I have just install extplorer, so you can now access to the files via the backend.

Best regards,
Christophe

Hello,

I have something to add :
In the backend : Profiles Types => clic on my default profile => Privacy => Videos : who can view my videos.
When i try to change Everyone by Registered Users ("Utilisateurs du site" in french) i got this message :
"Invalid max value on 'Maximum File Size For Video Uploads' in ACL tab."
In facts, I have also this message everytime I try to change an ACL in the profile type.

Hey Christophe,

It seems like something is appending the "type" data that is being submitted to the server with "everyone". I believe a system plugin is responsible to do this but I need the FTP access to figure out which system plugin is causing this.

Since you only provided us with ExtXplorer, I can't debug this with the file manager in Joomla because it might cause your entire site to malfunction since extXplorer is actually a Joomla extension. I have added a temporary fix for you on the videos page but this really doesn't resolve this issue for good. I need the ftp access to find the root of the issue

Hey Christophe,

If the server supports sftp, SSH would be fine too
