Error uploading version 3.2.9304 to site using Joomla Extension Manager

I was trying to upload the newest version of EasyDiscuss, (version 3.2.9304) but I come across the following error when I go to upload and Install:

There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Hello MassKids,

Based on the error message it does look like the upload_max_filesize in php has reached it's limit. Can you request with your Webhosting provider to help you increase the upload_max_filesize to 10MB, then it should be installing smoothly.

If still can't able to install the Easydiscuss component in your site, please provide us with your FTP access as well.
