Whilst trying to upgrade to 1.3.13 I get an error

Initializing Database Failed
Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team.

Anyone aware why this is? I'm attempting to do this with the launcher downloaded and placed inside the setup/packages directory within easysocial.
Hi Tim,

I have helped you update EasySocial to the latest. Can you verify this issue is resolved for me?

Regarding the register button not working, I have found the root problem. It seems like the problem is coming from this plugin: System - JCH Optimize and currently I disable it on your site. When I disable this plugin, the register button is working correctly. Can you consult with JCH Optimize developer/support team regarding this issue? Please update us back on this issue.

Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Thanks Mohd. I've updated the post above with backend and FTP access. I'm also having problems with the 'Register Your Account Today' button not working: http://emahsn.org.uk/community/login

That's great, thank you very much Mohd. Was there anything wrong in our setup as to why the updating wouldn't work? I'm worried about this being a problem in the future.

Thanks for letting us know about the problem with JCH too, I'll look into what's going on with that and report back any findings that might be useful to you.
