I am getting this error no matter which version of install I try,
Unable to extract web.zip file. Please contact support.

What I done was completely uninstalled Easysocial and then installed it back.
Is your problem has been solved?

I want to make a confirmation about your Easysocial, do you have successfully update your ES v1.2.1 to ES v1.2.4?
