That was known issue, we will fix this in next release version.

By the way, we already implemented one single click update, what you need to do in the future, just click update button from your site backend Easyblog dashboard, you can check my attached screenshot below.

This is what i did just now, your site already running latest version of Easyblog now, please have a check.
