FYI - I'm getting an update notice for Easyblog but when I try to update it shows the above error. Should I just go ahead and download the full version and reinstall? Thank you.
Thanks for reported, we already fixed this issue on our server, can you guys try update again from backend > component > Easyblog and see how it goes?

Arlex,

Thank you for your quick response. I just tried the update from inside Easyblog and it gave the same error. I then tried updating from the Extensions Update page and it gave a new error:
Warning
Update path does not exist.
Message
Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_.

Hi,
I have the same problem, also when I try to update from my site backend Easyblog dashboard.

What can I do?

Thank you,
Frederic

You're most welcome Matt.

Hey Frederic, if you still having this update issue, perhaps you can start a new thread on our forum and provide us with your site access and FTP access so we can better have a check.

Just for your information, I have locked and marked this thread as resolved to avoid confusions in the future. Please start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiries.

Thanks for understanding
