This URL will only send you an email if the IP address from which you are accessing it is being blocked by Admin Tools. If you are not blocked no email will be sent; you don't need an email with instructions to unblock your IP if your IP is not blocked.

Thanks, I can able to access your site backend but it seems like I was unable to access Joomla install page some time which allow user to upload installer through this page.

Is it possible for you consult with your webhosting provider regarding this and see if they have experience with this issue? Or is it possible to trace the error from the server error log file?

Because I noticed when you wait for a while, I can able to browse again your site backend of any pages, but after a while, then I was unable to access it so now I am unable to try to update Easyblog from backend.

Try again please, I already add your IP in the server configuration.
