Hello,

I´m trying to update my easyblog, but it´s imposible, can you help me please?

Thank you
I am sorry for the delayed of this reply,

Hm, I still unable to access anything from your site backend, you can download my attached video and see what issue I am facing right now.

Have you encounter this issue on your site?

By the way, can I know what error are you hitting when you update your site Easyblog to latest version?

Are you click that update button from the Easyblog dashboard page or Joomla updater page?

Can you try manually download the launcher installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload this installer through your site backend > extension > manage > install and see how it goes?

You are a spammer, hacker or an otherwise bad person. If you are the administrator of this site and have blocked your own IP address on accident please visit https://www.xx.xxx/administrator/index.php?admintools_rescue=you@example.com where you@example.com is the email address of your (Super User) account. This URL will only send you an email if the IP address from which you are accessing it is being blocked by Admin Tools. If you are not blocked no email will be sent; you don't need an email with instructions to unblock your IP if your IP is not blocked.

Thanks, I can able to access your site backend but it seems like I was unable to access Joomla install page some time which allow user to upload installer through this page.

You can check my attached screenshot below what i hitting now.

Are you hitting this issue right now?

Is it possible for you consult with your webhosting provider regarding this and see if they have experience with this issue? Or is it possible to trace the error from the server error log file?

Because I noticed when you wait for a while, I can able to browse again your site backend of any pages, but after a while, then I was unable to access it so now I am unable to try to update Easyblog from backend.
