Tell me what could be the problem. Updated to version EasyBlog 3.9.15086. An error has occurred on the blog pages: Warning: preg match all () expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in / home / i / irkozru / public_html / components / com_easyblog / helpers / audio.php on line 36 Cleaning the cache files did not help. How to resolve this problem
Hello,

It seems like there's an issue with the audio.php file and if you have an active subscription, you'll be able to download that file from the respective forum.

By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

Yes my an account is not associated with the subscription, as I am a site moderator and not the owner. Now the account holder is absent and I had to solve the problem. The account holder does not give me your username and password. I now know that we need audio module. I'll wait when he comes and ask for download installation. Thank you for your help.
