Hi there,
we are using latest version Joomla 4.2.5 with EasySocial 4.0.12 in combination with PayPlans 5.0.6.

We have defined menu items
EasySocial - Pages - All Pages Layout (Access: Public)
EasySocial - Dashboard - User Dashboard Layout (Access: Specific User Group)

A visitor can access the EasySocial Pages without issues.

But when a registered user logged in with his/her account, he/she is getting error on both menu items with message: Oooppps - Error: Unknown format specifier "v" after login

I do not know what the problem is, because this error started to happen only after latest Joomla Upgrade to 4.2.5 and EasySocial to 4.0.12. There was no issue before the upgrades and both pages were working as expected.

Can you please take a look on this.

Thanks and regards
Markus
Hey Markus,

I have helped you clear the SEF cache here(../administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=sefurls) and let the system regenerate back the SEF urls. Can you try again?

Hey Markus,

I am still in the process of investigating this and will continue now. In the meantime, I have helped you disable this setting for now to prevent the error.
Settings>Users>General>Profile Completion Checks

Hey Markus,

It appears that the error is due to a typo in your language override of the following language constant.
COM_EASYSOCIAL_PROFILE_YOUR_PROFILE_IS_INCOMPLETE

I found that there was an extra % in the translation. Once I removed that, the error no longer occurs.

Hi Raymond,
thanks so much for the findings and resolution...this is much appreciated.

I have now in the meantime re-enabled Settings>Users>General>Profile Completion Checks.
But the issue is now when I click on the link to complete the profile that the link does not work at all.
When I click on 'update profile' nothing happens and I am still on User Dashboard.

Very strange...because this definitely worked before and I was able to complete the user profile.

Any idea ?

Regards
Markus
