error signing up through mobile

I had a few users signing up though mobile and getting no response from the server or getting an error message. see attached.
Please advise
Hey Itamar,

Did you recently just updated the DNS of your domain? It seems like that is a DNS issue rather than a script issue. Anyway, I just tried to register on your site on my mobile device and it works out fine. Please find my screen shot attached below.

Yeah, I made some changes to the DNS recently. OK, it might be it.
