Error Saving Form

I open workflows and select Event Workflow and I click Save (without even changing anything) and I get the error message attached.

Could you help me figure out how to troubleshoot? What should I look for
Disregard, I discovered I just clicked on the + button in the workflow and it displayed "Mandatory" which was tasks. Once it was added I could save.
