error retrieving Facebook details

Hi
am having this error coming when i want to edit my profile page
"There is an error retrieving your Facebook details. Facebook returns an error message of: "Error validating application. Application has been deleted.""

i have attached a snapshot below
Well, you need to create an app on Facebook and the reason that you are hitting these errors is simply because you have deleted your Facebook app. Please ensure that if you do not want to integrate with Facebook, disable all options and remove the app id and key from the Facebook settings page.
