error registration

hello guys, I'm using ES 1.1.6.
when I'm trying to register in my web, I found some errors there.

the web inform me some errors in my registration form.
but I don't know where the errors.
because I have fill the required fields.

It seems like this is caused by the reCaptcha field on the page.

There is a recpatcha field on the page that is set to required, but because the API key is not keyed in, hence the recaptcha field is hidden, but the registration validation still checks for it.
